「I have chosen to stay at the Portola Hotel for five consecutive years, and it is always exceptionally pleasant. The location is absolutely perfect. The neighborhood is safe and scenic, making my morning and evening strolls highly enjoyable. A special highlight this year was spotting wild sea otters near the hotel for the first time. It has truly become my go-to hotel in Monterey, and I already look forward to returning.」

「Primo location on the bay! Waterfront rooms with a balcony are the way to go… Coffee in the morning and waves at night. Slept incredibly well. Food was excellent and staff was very helpful, helpful and attentive.」

「The room is very clean and big. And comfortable bed. Could sleep very well. 」
