"Staff were lovely, lobby area was very nice. Lifts are very loud in the room every 5-10 minutes so you need earplugs, which they have at reception. The room itself was quite dated, decor straight out of the 90s, everything was very used and worn and the walls were dirty, in need of a fresh coat of paint. The carpet also had a concerning number of mystery stains and splatters on it. The free bus service to the airport was a nice benefit, you have to book for this in advance. The train station is right by the hotel which is very convenient, and there is also a Lawson and Family Mart within 5 minutes of the hotel."

"I had an amazing view of the castle. The location was good. You are footsteps away from castle and many buses go to the train station from this location which is good for day trips like to Nachi Falls. "

"The hotel is beautiful and very clean, staff very friendly and helped with everything we could need. Lots of shops and a great commercial district within a ten minute walk. Excellent food spots. Parking right out front if needed. Highly recommended."
