We liked our stay there, and the staff are accodating and very friendly. Plus the room are neat, just don't like the smell of tabaco, and as a foreigner it's hard to figure out all the buttons they have, but except that. we enjoyed our stay.
Thank you.

Very cordial staff, very clean and well supplied room. The bathtub was a great size and the bed was very comfortable. Could use a multi language remote control.
So this is basically a sex hotel and it is far away from downtown. For some reason the last bus never showed up so it was an expensive taxi.
The room smelled like cigarette smoke, and one of the neighbors sang karaoke until around 1:00 am.
There air con did not work well either so it was a smelly, hot, loud room.

Its a love hotel and there is a reason why people only stay for a few hours we booked night and only stayed for one it just wasnt the vibe or experience we were looking for. The lady at the front desk was so nice and accomidating though.
Wifi didn't reach my room, and I was provided with a key card to a room with no key card access. So I couldn't lock my room, and when I went downstairs to try and talk to someone about it there was nobody on site. So when I went out for dinner I took all of my valuables with me and just hoped my luggage didn't get stolen. It didn't thankfully.
When I checked out someone (you don't see them, they're behind a sort of duct tape partition and just their hand pokes out) took the card and then when I went outside I saw them leaving in their car, so I don't think the place is staffed generally, just when someone books online. It's clearly a "love hotel" which is fine, more power to ya if that's your bag, but this one felt super sketchy. And the room smelt terribly of cigarettes (again, fine, they only had smoking rooms available) but the ventilation system was so loud I couldn't run it, it sounded like there was a car alarm going off outside, it took me 5 minutes to work out it wasn't that.
Another review mentions feeling itchy and I experienced the same issue, I do have fairly sensitive skin so I chalked it up to that, I had terrible dreams about bed bugs but there's no evidence of that, and today having left the place I feel fine so I think it's just the cleaning agent they use must be quite harsh, or not rinsed off properly.
Overall, the worst hotel I've stayed at in Japan, I was concerned for my belongings and questioned the cleanliness of everything I touched. Lord knows what t
