A great 10th floor condo looking out on to a beautiful beach and stunning emerald waters. Loved being able to walk right out the doors of the building to the nice pool and hot tub and then just a few more steps to the stunning beach and ocean. We used the tram twice and met 4 very nice drivers that love their job. We voted this the top vacation spot and we have been to many. We will definitely come back. Communication was excellent with the property manager.

Breath taking

It was amazing. This was our first time going to Florida and very first family vacation as a single mom of 4 teenagers. We loved it already planning to go back.. Mrs. Bette was amazing as well. Always tended to our needs if something was wrong.

Great Stay in Every Way!

The condo and additional resort amenities were both excellent! The condo was spotless, decor was fresh and welcoming, view from the 10th floor balcony was fabulous,easy access to the gorgeous beach. Great restaurants and attractions within easy driving distance. We highly recommend this property and will be booking again.

Perfect beach access & view!

The condo was perfect for our needs as a family of 5. The pool and beach were highlights. The condo was clean and had a handful of kitchen essentials. Washer and dryer are small but just what you need on vacation.Bring your own beach toys, beach blanket, wagon, umbrella…there are two small chairs. Next time I would bring my own. Or it would be a great addition to the property to add some nice beach items!

Great view. Great location everything went well. The only thing I wish they would have done was to let us know there was an ice machine on the property. The ice maker in the refrigerator in the condo was super slow making ice. Not for a coolers but for drinks in the condo.

Great Location!!!

The location of this condo is perfect! With easy access to the beach, and a fairly new pool, BBQ area, and bridge to the beach, it offers a great setup for relaxation. While the building and condo unit could use some updates, it has everything you need. A few tips for your stay: bring your own condiments, seasonings, Tupperware, and items to wrap or store food. They do not provide cleaning sprays, so if you prefer to clean the kitchen and table after use, you'll need to bring your own supplies. The beds are comfortable, and the view is breathtaking. The unit size is perfect for a group of four adults. Additionally, there is an ice machine on the first floor of the building for guest use, which we only discovered on our last day.

We had a great experience. The condo was as listed, fantastic building and the pool/amenities were very updated and nice. Bette (manager) was so easy to work with and very helpful from booking to the end of our stay. The *only* feedback we would have would be regarding the cleaning service. There was a lot of sand in the shower and bathtub and the floor was covered in sand. But, all very easy to clean on my own! Highly recommend-

BeachSide I is our favorite property at Sandestin. Can't get any closer to the beach and gulf. Property Manager was great with communiction! The master bedroom bed is a bit lumpy, but other than that no complaints.

Amazing vacation

We had a wonderful time! The weather was perfect, the views from our balcony were amazing, and the condo itself worked great for us. The location of the condo, beach, access, and the pool/hot tub area were all excellent. In addition, Bette, our host, was extremely responsive and was really on top of it with communication. She made booking and arrival smooth and easy, which I greatly appreciate! We are already looking at possible dates for our next trip.

Unbeatable views. We stayed about a week and enjoyed Beachside 1’s private beach. We saw 5 dolphins from the balcony our last morning. Bette is on it if anything pops up that needs tweaking.

Roaches everywhere

Location is right on the beach. Extremely nice property management company and very responsive. We reported roaches and exterminator was sent but he only treated floor in kitchen. Owner is aware of the roaches as there were roach traps on the countertops and in cabinets. We saw dozens of roaches on the kitchen counters, silverware drawers, in the dishwasher, in the bathrooms and even got Into daughters clothes. We had to throw away all of our food from the grocery store and pay to eat out for all meals. Ended up being a very expensive trip and not a pleasant experience.

Great Vacation Rental
