10/10 Excellent

"We recently stayed at the ANA InterContinental Tokyo and had a wonderful experience overall. We booked a Club Room, which gave us access to the Club Lounge. This was definitely worth it, with a great selection of drinks and delicious nibbles available throughout the day. The food quality was excellent, and it was always a pleasant place to relax after exploring Tokyo. What really stood out was the staff. Wow! Every member of the team was exceptionally friendly, professional and attentive. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and they genuinely went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The level of customer service was among the best we have experienced. The only downside was that the swimming pool was closed for the entire week of our stay, which was a little disappointing, especially given the warm weather. However, this did not detract too much from what was otherwise a fantastic experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. A big thank you to all the staff for making our visit to Tokyo so memorable."

"Second time staying here, I really like it. The room was quiet and had everything I needed, I contacted the hotel via a message on the hotels.com app to ask for some extra hangers which were there waiting for me. A major draw of this hotel for me is the breakfast buffet which has a wide variety to choose from. The surrounding area I really like too, lost of interesting restaurants especiallt by the railway track."
