"Everything in the room was amazing except for the dirty carpet. It wasn’t very nice and if it weren’t for that I’d have given cleanliness a five-star rating. "Family-friendly, clean, quiet area with a traditional style accomodation. We had 5 people and loved our stay. 3 full bedrooms. 2/3 are downstairs and one bedroom is up steep stairs so be aware of that. Check in and out quick and easy. Has a full kitchen and plenty of seating throughout.The entryways are low, so just be careful of you are 5'9 (175 cm) or taller, youll have to duck a lot or hit your head.The area is great, just make sure to have access to cash, besides thw convinence stores...

"JR神戸駅地下から近くて便利なホテルです。ハーバーランドやガス燈通りも歩いてすぐなので大好きなハーバーランドの夜景を見ることができ、良かったです。部屋の窓からは山側だったので駅のホームがすぐ下に見える位で眺望は期待できないかな。 施設は大浴場が思ってたより大きくてプールの様な細長い感じですが、とても入りやすく、シャワーブースもゆとりがありゆったりしてて使いやすい。ホテル全体は改装されてるので綺麗で清潔感があり、部屋も広くてベッドの寝心地が久しぶりに良かったです。 マイナス要因は朝食ビュッフェかな。3,800円にしては他のホテルに比べて種類が少ない。他のホテルに泊まった時の無料のビュッフェに近く個性はないのが残念。スタッフの対応は悪くないです。あとはデスクに椅子がないのか不便なのと、コーヒーがインスタント。総合的には使いやすいホテルでよかったです。リピートありかなと思います。"
