"I really enjoyed my stay here! The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout my visit. The hotel hosts fun events, and there’s even a bakery on-site . There’s also bike rentals on premises and umbrellas free to use. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though a bit small with no drawers or closet space. Still, everything felt tidy and well maintained. The location is excellent — tucked among lovely traditional side streets with plenty of nearby restaurants, temples, and attractions. It’s also close to train and bus stops, and there’s a 7‑Eleven just around the corner for convenience. Overall, I loved staying here and would definitely come back!"

"My favorite place I have stayed in Japan. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The Onsen was perfect. I was able to use it twice a day we had breakfast there and all the amenities were just what we needed after a long day. Cannot recommend this hotel more. They did a great job and I will be back next time."

"Perfect location for traveling to-and-from Kyoto Station, literally opposite the Hajicho East exit. You can use the station to see practically everything you might want to see in Kyoto. Nice clean quiet rooms, larger than normal for Japan. Don’t miss the breakfast in the Japanese restaurant in the basement Uoman…. It’s divine, if you like Japanese food. Regional specialties you won’t find elsewhere. The Aeon Mall next door is also great for travelers. Lots of options at regular (non-tourist) prices."

"This is a very big hotel located right next to Kyoto station. It has taxi stations out in the front of the hotel; one for foreigners and one for citizens. So very convenient for managing traveling. Yes, you can hear the trains going by from inside the room since the station is right next to the hotel. However it did not prevent us from sleeping well. "
