M1 metro hattının son durağına yakın olduğundan merkeze biraz uzak tek olumsuz tarafı buydu. Bina olarak yeni. Ev içinde ihtiyaç duyulan tüm aparatlar mevcuttu. İç mekan oldukça ferah, balkonların manzarası fena değil. Ücretsiz kapalı garaj imkanı olması araba kiralayacaklar için güzel bir olay. Mahal olarak sessiz, sakin, güvenli denebilir. Yakınlarda discount market yürüme mesafesinde var.
