「When we arrived I was given a room that was not as expected BUT the staff made it right and gave me another room with no hesitation which I greatly appreciated.. The "main" breakfast such as biscuits, gravy, waffles, etc was gone at 9:10AM (was supposed to be available until 9:30AM) but we made do and ate cereal, yogurt, and oatmeal. Overall we had a very nice experience and would stay there again.」

「The room was clean, staff were friendlly, what there was of it. Did not use business center, too cold to use pool. We chose this hotel because it advertised a restaurant, arcade for kids and hot breakfast. Hot breakfast was next door at the Hampton but good. Arcade was a pool table (nothing for younger kids) and no restaurant; also no room service, no information of any kind in the room, and the bar was closed Friday through Monday morning. No one at guest services at night, just the hotel...

As expected with an extended-stay hotel, it seemed that some guests were long-term residents, which did not bother us. The room was simple and functional. The bed was a bit firmer than we personally prefer, but we tend to like very soft mattresses, so that really comes down to preference. The room layout was a little tight on one...
