「The hotel is in an amazing location with beautiful views of the lake, the rooms and all public areas are pristine and clean, & the staff were absolutely amazing. I would not recommend eating at the restaurant, as it's quite overpriced, the menu is quite performative, and the food wasn't that great for the price paid. It is also very small & loud if the patio is not open. That said, it did not deter from how amazing the hotel is. Just find somewhere else to eat during your stay.」

「It took about 20 minutes of waiting for a staff member to come check us in for our stay. We pressed the button on the phone and called the hotel and finally someone came to the desk. The hotel was understaffed for the night and the employee seemed overwhelmed. She was very nice and pleasant when checking us in. No problems with our room at all. Breakfast was also fine. When we went to check out we had to press the call button again because the employee was not at the front desk.」

「Weird self-check-in arrangement--no reception desk or staff, just an e-mail with a code to let yourself in & out and a phone number in case you need anything--very impersonal, but o.k. if you don't like dealing with people. Fresh, tidy, and trendy inside. Bedside reading lights and a chair to sit on would be nice (stools at the counter are too high for tying shoes), as would a light outside the door that doesn't attract bugs.
