"Room has been renovated so it was nice enough but we spilled water on the floor and the towel was so dirty. We only got 2 washcloths and 3 towels for 4 days of stay. The coffee maker was broken. I contacted the place and they never came to fix anything or bring new towels when requested. The office was never open the entire stay. For the price I would have expected a little more "

"Clean and comfortable, smoke smell was more than at other hotel casinos. Better early morning coffee options would be nice. Is was powdered creamer or nothing. The coffee and snack bar didn’t open until 9 so I went Starbucks."

"Staff was great. Rooms could use an update/refresh. Shower head was a little low. Everything worked. Internet was ok, router may be a little far from the room I was in. Breakfast was real food. I'd stay again. "

"We could not sleep in our room, the AC unit was making such a terrible shrieking noise. My husband and I were having such a hard time falling asleep, it was frustrating :( I eventually fell asleep early in the am, after putting a pillow on my head to try to block out the noise. The breakfast was also okay. I don’t plan on staying here when I visit Chelan again. The chlorine in the pool and hot tub was excessive that we could only use it for an hour before needing to get out because our eyes were burning."
