「We booked this place based on all the raving reviews and looked like a nice place to stay for our families spring break trip. Check in was typical. Upon entering the room however we were disappointed. The room was smaller than expected but doable. But the smell and overall cleanliness of the room was horrid. Whatever cleaner they use has an overwhelming scent that made the room smell like a floral scented garbage bag. There was dust on everything, walls, ceiling fan blades, trim, art work, bed...

「This place is awesome! It's clean and very comfortable. It's just like being at home, there was plenty of room and it has everything you need. The beach is just a short walk and beach access was very easy. The staff is exceptionally nice and very polite. We had an issue upon check-in and the maintenence man took care of it right away! We will definitely stay here again!」

「The property was a little sketchy but helped to hide the nieghborhood. For the price point it was ok, but the late check in left a little concerning question, but that all wound up fine.」

「This property was clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could want or need. It was located in the heart of Cocoa Beach so you could walk to beach, restaurants and all activities . Highly recommend to a couple, family or group. 」

「10/10 would recommend. My husband and pups stayed here for a week while we were waiting to close on our new home. This place was amazing, cozy, comfortable and the neighborhood was like you were in a tropical jungle. There is an office which was great for working remote. The neighborhood was quite and great for walking the dogs. Multiple shops and restaurants are near by and i95 was minutes away. 」

「Charming cottage, well stocked with supplies. Very quiet and clean. Melbourne Village is a hidden gem. I use to live in the Village. This is the cutest place. Everything worked good. 」
