「Room was ok . Dull dark decor and v small television. Table light worked but wonky and carpet threadbare in some areas . Clean . Check in was not very welcoming , lady seemed rushed and no pleasantries . Asked for more milk which didn’t get . Meal in the evening was good . Sticky toffee sauce was more like weak caramel. Decided not to stay the night so returned home so can’t comment on breakfast. Staff serving meal v good . 」

「We first stayed in Nov 24. This time we stayed Apr 26. Previously we were in the Annex, but this time we were in the main building. The room was large and nicely decorated. I booked two rooms as our adult daughter came too. Both rooms were cold even though the heating was on, but its an old building, so probably difficult to heat. The cottage was spotless and lovely and warm and there was everything you could need for a longer stay . The food was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. 「ヨークへ行く途中で１泊しました。レンタカーで行きましたが、特に迷うことなく到着、到着後宿のご夫婦が出てきてくれて、部屋へ案内してくれました。到着が１９時半過ぎであり、前もって頼んでいなかったため、夕食は宿では食べれませんでしたが、朝食はボリューム満点で美味しかったです。特にソーセージが絶品。このソーセージは近くの知り合いが作っていると言っていました。」
