市外のモーテル
サービスや、部屋のクラスは、値段なりです。 朝食は、ありますが、シリアル程度の、簡素なものです。 朝食開始時間には、準備できてなかったため、15分ほど待ちました。

I liked nothing. The room was musty, beds were hard, floors and linen were dirty. They gave us the wrong room at first.

The staff was planting flowers all.around the property to make it look pretty. Plus they had a small garden gave a few pointers on how to get good tomatoes

Not worth what I paid for it.
The door was so dirty I didn’t want to touch it. You could definitely catch COVID-19 in there. The floor hasn’t been swept or mopped in years. The parking lot was full of pot holes and the speed bumps could damage your tail pipes if you’re in a eco friendly car.

Terrible
If your looking for a pay by the hour stay this is your place! Staff is rude, advertised as having a sofa bed but there is in fact is no sofa, just a chair and ottoman. Called the front desk upon arrival to say we booked a room with a king size bed and a sofa bed, clerk was very rude and informed me in broken English that they only have sofas then argued with me about what it was listed as on hotels.com. Finally agreed to give me a room with two double beds. Did not serve breakfast. Said it was due to corona virus. Lobby was always locked. If you have small children take precaution half of the outlets are exposed and most did not work. Pictures on the website were very deceiving. Walls and doors were stained, floors were linoleum and dirty feeling. Had to scrub the bathtub out before anyone could shower, bring shower shoes! Mattresses on the bed are hard as a rock and pillows are flat. Air vents were filthy and had air fresheners shoved in them. The whole facility smelled like weed. Sketchy all the way around. Neighborhood is not safe to boot.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!
The front desk called 5 hours before my arrival telling me they had to run the card on file immediately if I wanted to hold my reservation even though the app said I could pay on arrival. When we did get there the place was very dirty and the lobby was locked. The manager was outside with a german shepherd he had on a leash that was barking and growling at us as we walked up. He tried to charge my card again before giving us the key. There were stained mattresses against the walls leading to the room. The room number plate had been ripped from the wall and once we were able to get in we discovered mattresses that were too small for the frames they were in and had mud stained covers on top of them. There was a used ashtray w butts in a room that was supposed to be non-smoking. The smoke detector had a plastic bag taped over it. A huge hole in the bathroom door that someone had kicked or punched. The floor was filthy and the sheets had someone's hair on them. The manager said this was the only double room they had or we would need to pay a "room transfer" fee. I reached out to Hotels.com and they spoke to the manager. He then found another room that had clean sheets and mattresses that were the right size. This place is also very loud. The tenants that pay by the week were out shouting in the parking lot and there are loud trains that go by very frequently. Around 5am someone outside started screaming so we packed our bags and left quickly without looking back. STAY AWAY!!

“Meh” is a compliment
The details of the stay were overlooked. They overall look is subpar all of the furniture and fixtures look worn with age. The tv installation looks like a backyard or alley install. I never stepped foot inside the lobby I felt like I was dealing with a gas station after hours or drive through transaction. Everything thing else was downhill from there it was best to ignore your surroundings.

My worst experience yet
It was terrible! From getting there the hotel looked like it was closed, the front gate looked like it was about to fall if someone pushed it, checking in was ok I guess but the room was for four individuals and only had two towels, the floor was super dirty and had no carpets. The hotel area was full of debris and trash all over the place and the parking lot. When we went down for breakfast we were shocked to find the lobby smelling like poop and cat litter! There was no coffee, no orange juice, no bagels, no waffles... only cereal and a gallon of milk on a fridge. When we asked the lobby attendant at that time he said that the breakfast they offered was just cereal and milk nothing else! I think this place shouldn’t be in hotels.com at all, it should be closed

I didn't like nothing they got madd cause I got a good pay rate on line. Then they gave me a room that wasn't even clean and I hadd to sitt in my cat for 30mins until someone came to clean my room so I got my money back and left ...never again

Scam!!! Do not stay herr!!!!!
This is a scam. Pictures are not of their rooms or even their building! Was put in a room that had a large hole in the wall, broken fridge where the door was hanging, microwave looked like it fell off the back of a truck, electrical did not work, musky smells, draws missing on the dresser, shady front desk. I immediately went down and said this is not what I picked online. He said that they were "remodeling". I said this has to be the worst room in the hotel and he had the nerves to say that this is the best room they have to offer there. I said I am not paying for this and staying for 3 nights. I called Hotels.com and they made sure I was refunded. This place is practically falling down and should be condemned. DO NOT EVEN THINK OF STAYING HERE. hotels.com should have the decency to remove this place. I told them I would send pictures of the building and you can see they are lying. Google street view it and see for yourself.

Worse place Ive ever seen
This place was awful. The room smelled terribly, the sheets had holes and stains all over them. The pool was closed but filled with dirt and yuck. There was no way we could stay there. We walked in and walked right out.

The property is in poor condition. The lobby had a bad odor and the bathroom was not clean. We used our own bedding materials just to sleep.

So it was extremely late so we just booked online. We walking and the lobby smelled like multiple dead rats!!! We hurry cause like I said it’s late we were tired. Get to the room (which was previously a double) and there was NO indication that it was only a full size bed... we didn’t need any bigger but still. There were holes all in the sheets and the room smelt like musk! NEVER EVER AGAIN

Decieving
My biggest complaint is that the pictures are not at all what it is in reality. The pictures need to be real, rooms, breakfast, everything. Not recommended particullarly if you are in a family trip, even if ita justa a road stop.
