"Good for a one night stay"

"Although there was an issue with the hotel’s internet connection, a regional manager was able to check us in using her laptop. We were escorted to our room by a very courteous young man who unlocked our room due to the card key generator not working without the internet. One elevator was not working and the ice machine on the 4th floor was also not working. Overall are stay was pleasant. The staff working the breakfast bar were awesome and attentive. Everything from check in to check out was great. Even with a few hiccups our stay was very nice. We will stay here in the future. "

"They charged me for an old towel $60 due to me putting ranch on it. The smell is horrible. The beds have bedbugs. I will no longer be staying here! Horrible!!! "
