"Basic necessities were there as in towels, tp and soap. Bonus small refrigerator, microwave and tv. Beds made well and nice looking covers. Grounds are simple but maintained and have security cameras also on the grounds. My main interest when I book a hotel is to be able to get a good nights sleep. In this case the mattress on both beds were in bad condition. The bed I slept on had broken springs that dug into me it hurt to move and made sleeping difficult. The bed my son slept on was so hard he was unable to sleep as well causing his shoulder to get numb and painful. We have stayed there several times over the years and the beds were never this bad. Unless a good upgrade is done I won’t be back soon. Sorry!"

"Exactly what we needed. Staff were nice and helpful and everything was clean. Breakfast was good - eggs, sausage, potatoes, English muffins etc...) Our main need was for a plug on each side of the bed to power our CPAPs. I have NEVER stayed in a hotel with so many easily accessible plugs before. Multiple devices with extra A/C plugs and USB type (i.e. lamps and clock) all worked in addition to plain old wall plugs you could actually get to. Our new favorite spot to stop over in Tulare for sure. "

"2 separate reservations didn't go through to the hotel itself. Had to cancel both over the phone through Expedia. (After being on hold for 15mins). Not easy to get ahold of an actual agent when reaching out to you guys. Had to re-book BOTH reservations and wait for the hotel system to "accept" them. Major inconvenience"
