「部屋でもWi-Fiが使えるとのことでしたが、実際は使えません。ロビーや中庭では使えます。他の部屋でも使えないのか、皆使える中庭まで出てきていました。Wi-Fi環境は直してほしいです。 」

「古いけれど全て揃っていてとても快適な滞在でした。チェックインも4時のところ2時間も早く入れてくれて助かりました。 ただ一つ タオル交換を朝9時までに札をドアノブに出しておけば良いと書いてあったのに出しておいても交換されなかったのが残念でした。」

「We had an awesome experience at check in, the guy who helped us is excellent at customer service. He is very nice and friendly and the girl who helped us check out is also great! The room is very spacious but our tv was a bit small for such a big room. We had nice clean sheets but the bath towels were a bit small, almost like hand towels.
