「Liked the room, bed, air conditioning (100 degrees out), & outside pool. The staff and breakfast were great (a good variety of hot & cold foods like eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fruit, etc.). The hot tub bubbler did not work and the stool flush broke but was fixed. The accessible room was nice, but far from elevator on 8th floor! We would stay again. 」
「Rooms are clean, comfortable, quiet and very close to the air port and that's the only reason we stay there. There is a trans, black man, at the front desk who is extremely rude. I've complained a lot about his behavior but whenever we go he/she is still there with his attitude. He also takes his kid to work and he's in the lobby and I think that's wrong」

The room was spacious, offering plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable. Everything was also spotlessly clean, from the lobby to the bathroom. Staff were friendly and professional, and check-in was quick and easy. Overall, a great experience — I’d definitely stay here again.」
