"Terrible! The lady at the front desk had no knowledge of how to handle our requests. There was no phone in the room, no wash rags, you had to use a personal phone or go downstairs to ask for things. The pool was open but it was filthy!!! So dirty we couldn’t use it!! If you’re going to open a pool for use, clean it!! I have extra charges on my card and have to call to get it adjusted!! Not happy!!"

"The room had bed bugs. I tried calling the manager for a week straight every single day for a refund and he was either never in or avoiding me. I will continue to try. I only stayed over night and checked in late about 8pm just to sleep and check out the next day. I have pictures of me and my husbands legs with full of bites"

"Staff was kind, but sheets had blood on them and the room had roaches. I couldn't even bring myself to eat the free breakfast because if roaches are in the rooms, then I imagine that they are in the kitchen too. "
