"The location of the hotel is great as it is conveniently located next to the train station. The room we stayed in was spacious and quiet. The hotel is fairly new and clean. It has a nice spa & breakfast buffet was pretty good too. I would definitely stay here again if/ when I am in the area again. "

"Ultimate relaxation environment! Staff extremely helpful even with language barrier the desk clerks went above and beyond to help us with travel arrangements, taxis, food delivery, and more. The breakfast was incredible with the servers and chefs kindly providing an ultimate Japanese experience. Everyone showed us kindness and genuine hospitality all the way to housekeeping and management. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs an amazing getaway. Top notch! The in room onsen was serene. The general onsen gorgeous with beautiful waterfalls. Only topped by the genuine concern for our wellbeing 🙏"
