"This hotel is an excellent choice for people wishing to stay on the east side of Norwich. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main link roads.The staff are helpful and efficient. The rooms are to the usual Premier Inn standard so you know what to expect. I found the bedroom to be comfortable and very quiet, so yes, I did get a good night's sleep every night. The breakfast is served in the adjacent Brewers Fayre restaurant. I had the full cooked breakfast and it was very good."

"Our stay exceeded our expectations. The welcome at reception was friendly and efficient. Our room was very clean and well maintained given the hotels age, the bathroom looked as though it had been recently refurbished with a large walk in shower and modern toilet. The organisation and service at the evening reception we attended was exceptional, plenty of staff serving and constantly clearing. "

"Ideally positioned hotel within walking distance to the city centre but easily accessible via vehicle with parking. Comfortable clean and well appointed room with good decor and clean modern bathroom facilities . Tea/ coffee provided in room. "We stayed for two nights in August B&B as part of a mini break to the East of England. All staff were welcoming and helpful. The room had a king size bed and the bathroom was large and adequately supplied. Breakfast was a good choice of pastries and hot buffet...dining at 8.15am meant we had no problem with queues or choice of food. The only thing that could have been better was the lack of air conditioning, as our room was very warm on both nights of our stay although a fan was provided upon request."
