We had a reservation, but they had us on an upper floor room and we asked to be moved to a 1st floor room if available, the young lady working the desk had absolutely no problem checking and moving us. She did it without hesitation and attitude. We appreciated their kindness and accommodating attitude. Thank you "

"Stayed at many VRBOs across multiple states and countries, and this is easily a top-5 property. My girlfriend and I stayed for two nights, and everything exceeded expectations. The home is extremely quiet and private with incredible mountain and valley views — you can only see one other house within about half a mile.The owner provides clear instructions for nearly everything, and the layout of the house is very intuitive, making the stay effortless. The hot tub and indoor fireplace were standout amenities. The photos don’t do the place justice — it’s been updated and looks even better in person, and the actual location is better than the listing suggests. Would absolutely stay again."
