"LAXからのシャトルバスがあったので予約したのですが、中々シャトルバスが来なくて空港のシャトルバス乗り場で1時間くらい待ちました。 他のホテルはシャトルバス車体に大きいホテル名が書かれていますが、こちらのホテルは小さくて分かりませんでした。もしかしたら1時間以内にシャトルバス乗り場に来ていたかもしれませんが、気が付かず、もう乗れないのでは、、ととても不安になりました。結果、乗れて良かったです。"
