The staff were welcoming, attentive and always willing to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the food was excellent. After long days exploring Cusco and the surrounding attractions, it was always nice to return to a clean and comfortable hotel where we felt well taken care of. What stood out most for us was the level of service. The staff genuinely made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco. "This property is without question beautiful! Its central location makes it easy to walk to wonderful restaurants, including KION and KUSKAY. I absolutely loved the palace-like feel, and the fresh flowers throughout the property added an extra touch of luxury. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, especially when it came to arranging transportation for our trip to Machu Picchu. They also went above and beyond by celebrating our 5-year wedding anniversary with champagne and dessert, which was such a thoughtful touch! My only gripe was that the shower water had an unusual odor that I couldn’t quite understand. Aside from that, we had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the property and hospitality."
