The Tierra Inka hotel was super excellent .There was very helpful concierge named Alex.Who helped us have excellent trip for 2days.Their families were friendly and the breakfast was tremendously delicious.I recommend everyone to go to that hotel!

The hotel is in good condition with a beautiful garden. I am sure this is one of the best hotels in Ollantaytambo. The room is very clean although on the small side. The host Alex is very nice and helpful. On the whole we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to everyone who comes to stay in this lovely Inka town.

The owners are very nice and the location is beautiful. It's a little walk away from the main part of town, but not much at all. We were allowed to park our motorcycles inside, which was great. There is no AC, but it wasn't necessary with the windows open. Breakfast was good. No issues!

This place was beautiful and, the staff were so lovely and helpful! The only reason we've knocked down 1 star is just that the bed was perhaps the firmest bed I've ever encountered. But the rest of the experience was lovely and definitely worth it.

Alex, a part owner and manager was very friendly and nice. Property is a good mile walk from the plaza de Arma and road pretty roughy to walk on, paved with random stones. No problem for youngsters, But, local 3 wheelers can take you there for 3 soles which is less than a dollar.

Alex is such a welcoming host. It is out of the busy area and in a nice secluded area. You can see the Templo sel sol right behind you. The rooms are super clean, beds comfy and warm and the courtyard is such a treat. Alex goes out of his way to make you feel at home giving us tips for things to do and also arranging oue transport. We also stored our luggage! Leo served us the most amazing breakfast with local bread, buttery avocado, delicious cafe au lait and fresh oj. Thank you!

We were helped by the office staff. They woke up early morning at 5:30am and got auto rickshaw for us. The early morning, breakfast made for us . Very personalized service they provided. Thank you for doing all that for me.

Alex was welcoming and so helpful. He found us a few blocks away from the hotel and without knowing where we were going, offered to help us and walked us the rest of the way. The check-in process was quick and he confirmed that in addition to the continental breakfast include, they also offered eggs, yoghourt, granola (for additional tip). The he walked us to our room to ensure it was ready for us. Clean, wide and with plenty of space for four adults, we enjoyed the hot shower at the end of a day of hiking. The pictures are updated and accurate and even if the hotel is 5 minutes away from the city center, the peace and quiet at night were amazing. The Ollantaytambo archeological site is right in front (5 minutes away). If you are looking for serenity, this is your place.

What a beautiful property! Alex and all the staff were very helpful and attentive. The location was great, a short walk to town and wonderful mountain views. The room was clean and spacious with plenty of blankets and pillows for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was included and the homemade bread was so delicious!! There was shampoo, soap and a blow dryer in the room. We took a Tuktuk to the train station that was set up by the hotel staff. They also had a driver pick us up from the airport! Will definitely stay again the next time we are in Peru! Thank you Alex and all the staff!

My stay was amazing. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The location relative to the center of town is perfect - not too far out (5 minute stroll to the main markets), but far enough to be relaxing. The actual space was open and calming. My room had an incredible view, was spacious, and well kept. Would absolutely stay again.

An oasis in a bustling town. Beautiful spacious, clean rooms. Hot powerful showers. Lovely breakfast. The hosts are great and Alex speaks perfect English. There is a lovely garden where you can sit and see the Inka ruins and the beautiful mountains. 100% recommend.
