"For some unknown reason this place was already rated "excellent" whereas there was no previous reviews. So I felt a little bit manipulated as this place without being bad was way overrated. Although the place is generally clean, it nis not maintained properly. Some stuffs need some fixing. The room I stayed in for almost 10 days had suffered water leakage in the wall which resulted in traces on the wall which has not been redone or even painted. "recently stayed at the Hilton Hotel in Cartagena and had a fantastic experience overall. The pool area was absolutely amazing—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing in the sun. It really became one of the highlights of my trip! The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. While the beach directly at the hotel wasn't the best, it's worth noting that there are plenty of beautiful beaches nearby that are easy to get to and definitely worth the visit. Overall, I highly recommend the Hilton Cartagena for its excellent hospitality, incredible pool, and great location. Looking forward to coming back!"
