"Check In was a breeze, I may have missed it in the listing but there is a locker on the ground level that has chairs and other beach items available which made it super convenient, the only thing I will say is it’s on second floor it wasn’t an issue for us but the condos on the beach side all have stairs if have someone handicap that may be an issue and I could have missed that in the listing but all in all it was great!!!! Thanks again for the great hospitality "
"My husband and I spent a week at mermaids retreat and absolutely loved it! We took full advantage of the kayaks and went out on the bay multiple times. Beach access was easy to find and not far away at all. The space was perfect for two of us and it was well stocked with all the things you need from coffee to beach chairs. Would stay again! "

"We were in the area specifically to find sharks teeth and this was a great location for it. The beach was literally right out the front door and we did find several teeth at the beach here! Our neighbor found several just walking around the parking lot! The place was clean and had chairs/umbrella/cooler provided so whether you stayed on this beach or decided to drive to any other nearby beaches you would have everything you needed for a great day! We drove up to Manasota beach as well to look for teeth and found even more teeth there! This was a great spot to base yourself while you explore all the nearby beaches known for sharks teeth! The space was clean and cute! We really enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs on the porch each evening to watch the sunset! The host was super friendly and very quick to respond at any point from the booking process all the way through or stay! We definitely hope to be able to book here again in future! "

"This was our second time at this location and fourth year at one of Dan & Linda’s properties. Everything was clean and to be expected! We had just enough amenities and perfect access to our local favorites (beach, walking paths, restaurants). Manasota Key is a hidden gem and we’re eager to see it back on its feet from last year’s storms. Grateful for an amazing stay. "
