「Clean, well stocked kitchen, nice towels, appliances. Loved the outdoor seating facing the bay, very relaxing and private. The beach access is for beach walking only, not spending time at the beach. Englewood beach has increased parking spaces, and not currently charging, so that was nice. Wish we could have stayed lionger!」

「New, clean unit. Given the cost, was disappointed with the overall value compared to other rentals in Manasota Key. Examples: polyester bed sheets; bath towels with bleach spots/stains; no beach cooler provided; no beach umbrella provided (and zero shade on the beach); no beach wagon provided; parking onsite is tight, is for one vehicle only, and overflow parking lot is 4 properties away. 」

Kitchen well stocked with dishes and utensils. We enjoyed cooking on the gas grill- Property even provides the propane. The sunset views were phenomenal.」
