「We had a wonderful time at the beach house! There was a small issue the first night but after messaging the host they had someone out quickly the next day to fix it. We will definitely stay there again in the future.」

「We booked last minute for a beach getaway on our anniversary. The unit is a little dated but very clean and well kept. It is right on the beach but the unit faces the street. There is a small porch on the side with a beach view. The location is great and only a short walk to Stump Pass Beach State Park. Overall we had a great stay here.」

「My wife and I recently spent 14 days on Manasota key and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was plenty big enough with a large Master Bedroom/Bathroom. There is a second good size bedroom and a small second bathroom. The unit is on the second floor so have to bring your luggage up a flight of stairs We cooked a lot of our meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The appliances look pretty new. The location was FABULOUS... this condo is only one of four that face the gulf... what a view!!!, the balcony is safe for little ones, there is a small room for a pac n play so that our one year old could sleep peacefully, all the beach gear one would possibly need is provided. There are a fair amount of pots and pans. Although, they could use a refresh. I can't say enough about the kindness of the residents. So very friendly...

「This is a great place to spend a week of vacation. The condo was clean and already stocked with some of the basic needs (beach and bath towels, sheets, blankets, hand soap, dish soap, TP, laundry soap and dryer sheets, even some books to read and games to play). Easy access to the Gulf, a swimming pool, and on-site laundry facilities (bring some quarters for that). The location is great as you can easily walk on the beach, to four or five restaurants, down to Stump Pass, and even to a boat...

「We had a great stay on Manasota Key! I think this condo sleeps two adults very comfortably. Any more than that is a stretch. It was clean and stocked well. You can’t beat the location! We had many beautiful sunsets on the beach and relaxing drinks at lock and key! We love this area of Florida!」

「Very nice property with about 50 yds walk to beach. Location is awesome beach, restaurants and stores in short walking distance. Spare bedroom with day bed was very misleading. Too small for 2 adults, but we made it work. Gas grill was available but no gas. We requested a tank, but it was never delivered. All in all our family had a great vacation. Thank you!!!」

「Original description made it sound like the pool was in close proximity to the unit along with being able to watch the sunrise. Not so. While the walk and crossing the street to get to the pool was not a huge distance, it was further than we wanted to walk. The Gulf was beautiful, the sand was HOT and rough walking on it barefoot. All in all we had a wonderful time. Weather cooperated and we returned home to a 25° temperature difference. We are already talking about next year.」
