Relax in our modern & cozy studio condo in the stunning Mammoth Lakes mountains with all high-end finishes. It's centrally located in Hidden Valley Condos and is a short walk to the Village and gondola.

You'll love the radiant heated floors to keep your toes warm when walking around in the winter (it doesn't get any better than that)! The kitchen is well-stocked with all new stainless steel appliances, new queen bed, new queen size pull out sofa bed, 50 inch flat screen smart TV, electric fireplace, ski/board/bike storage on balcony and shared year-round hot tub, sauna, pool and laundry just steps from the front door!

Just a quick walk to the Village in Mammoth Lakes, Gondola, Mammoth Brewing Company, and numerous restaurants, shops, and bars!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

The unit is in a condo complex, please be mindful of other guests. Please conserve energy by turning off lights when you leave for the day.

There is a very strict NO Smoking policy within 50 feet of any building in the complex. This includes vaping, Tobacco, Marijuana, etc. A $1000 fine will be imposed for violating this rule.

We will only accept reservations from guests age 25 or older.

Our community laundry uses quarters ($4.50 per load), so be sure to bring quarters and detergent if you’d like to do laundry. There are no coin dispensers or detergent dispensers onsite.

- Check out Minaret Vista, Devil's Postpile, and Rainbow Falls (confirm roads are open)
- Rent e-bikes and ride up to Horseshoe Falls
- Most of our nearby lakes are stocked with fish!
