マレッツ ベイ ホテル

「Really cute place. Clean. Comfortable bed. You get a free pass to the drive in next door too, which is fun. We were too tired to utilize this perk, but thought it was a nice touch.」

「とくになし」

「新しいホテルで、新しく快適でした。浴槽はないです。フロントの対応等、良かったです。チェックインした日の夕方イベントがあり、ビール・ワイン・軽食が振舞われました。」

「This place is great. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly. One thing i did not like was the breakfast: powdered eggs, frozen hash browns that were barely warm and a bit too Much on the crunchy side. Maybe they don’t have a fully functional kitchen? I appreciate that it’s included but I just felt it could have been better quality. Either way, I’d still return because the rooms were great.」

「I love staying there. It’s clean. The beds are so comfortable.」

「Checking in was fine, and I was able to et a late checkout. The staff was okay except for the "valet service." They never opened a door or greeted me when I entered. When I asked for them to calla taxi, the "valet" wanted to hand me a list of phone numbers, so I used Lyft. I was struggling with my suitcase on the way out. Two "valets" were standing a few feet away, and they didn't move! The location of the hotel is great, but the rooms are bare bones. My room was very small and had no closet...

「clean and staff were top notch」

「It was fine for an overnight stay and appreciated the free shuttle to and from the airport. I was disappointed that there was no fitness center even though it is mentioned in the website.」

「Slightly underwhelmed relative to high expectations. Check in was unmanned when we arrived over an hour after the 3pm time - another couple had been standing outside for 20 minutes. Room (admittedly the least expensive) was very small, no coffee or water in room - available down two flights of stairs. No shampoo. Lounge area is pleasant. Breakfast was very good quality but choice limited. Obviously it isn’t a full service hotel, but you need to step up in other areas and pay attention to detail...

「Professional, courteous and friendly staff.」

「Very noisy. Couldn’t sleep at all plus there was a smoke alarm on the ceiling that flashed every so often to indicate it was working which is fine. But it reflected off the TV and hit whoever was sleeping on the left side right in the eyes. Very poor placement of the TV. Room felt very dysfunctional. Lots of wasted space without useful things to put anything on. Lastly no coffee maker. Small things make a difference when you’re traveling.」
