The room was clean and the bed and bedding were very comfortable. Unfortunately, although the air conditioning worked, it was very loud. We had maintenance look at it but it really didn’t get better. Bathroom door squeaked terribly and I mentioned it at checkout. Also asked for a later checkout but it was not granted. Dean and Sarah were great! Food at the restaurant was delicious. Great location to walk to nearby sights!

The good: Room was clean and the beds were fine. We chose this hotel because of the location, which did not disappoint. Staff was attentive -- when you could find them. The negative: The bathroom exhaust fan ran 24/7. The seal on the shower door was rotten and mold was visible, so when someone took a shower the floor was wet and the bath mat got wasted. Lighting was mediocre. After two nights there was zero housekeeping, so we had to call for coffee and towels. Those came promptly, but still unimpressive. Breakfast was just average. Nothing that rated more than three stars, really, which is disappointing given the room rates.

Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. Loved the location downtown, we were able to leave the car and walk everywhere we wanted to go. Stayed for three nights the room was not cleaned a single night. Needed to use the front desk several times and was typically greeted by a sign that says “we will be back momentarily” and momentarily usually meant 15 to 20 minutes. The hotel was very clean and cheery the public areas and its very convenient to downtown Burlington, but the operations, i.e. front desk and housekeeping, seem to need a little work.
