Valet service was very quick. Check-in/out was smooth. Room issues (room 205) 1. no outlets on left side of bed - but there was a lamp there, why? 2. all four outlets next to desk in the main room did not work 3. No night lite in the larger bathroom (there was in the other bath and the wet bar) Good things 1. AC/Heat worked perfect! 2. Larger bathroom was more than adequate

Loved location, staff, super clean. Only complaint was the walls are paper thin, very loud from side to side and below. We had loud neighbors on top of it, we mentioned the noise at check out and they comp’d our valet parking. Oh and the paid parking should have been mentioned on the booking site. The parking is a Burlington problem most hotels are the same in the downtown area.

The room was clean and the bed and bedding were very comfortable. Unfortunately, although the air conditioning worked, it was very loud. We had maintenance look at it but it really didn’t get better. Bathroom door squeaked terribly and I mentioned it at checkout. Also asked for a later checkout but it was not granted. Dean and Sarah were great! Food at the restaurant was delicious. Great location to walk to nearby sights!

Incredible hospitality throughout our stay! We were greeted by Sarah, who immediately made us feel welcomed like old friends coming for a stay. Through out our evenings Dean was thoughtful and incredibly helpful. The valet staff was friendly and professional and the breakfast buffet and service was lovely! Our only slight snag was a view of a brick wall out the window and some loud compressors outside but the room was clean and lovely. And honestly, when both the waterfront and Church street are steps away, who cares about the hotel views!
