"Staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Food at the restaurant was decent but we only at at the beach. Beach staff was excellent and worked incredibly hard. The downside was beach chairs were put one on top of the other with little privacy and space between strangers. We could hear all conversations everyday and lots of small children so not really relaxing. The pool area was my only complaint. A little run down and dated looking with only a few umbrellas and limited space. All in all I would return. B++ for me and my family. "

"The service at breakfast was terrible. Ordered Eggs Benedict, after 20 minutes I asked, they said in 5 minutes because the sauce was being made. 10 minutes later the waiter comes with the eggs without the sauce, asked if we wanted to order something else, we were in such a hurry that had to eat the very mediocre buffet paying $30. The room had the shampoo and soap dispenser empty, called reception, they sent some but never refilled. Next day, stepped out of the elevator on our floor and the bathroom smell was unbearable. The whole floor stunk. We had to leave the room until they cleaned up whatever was still mi g up the floor. The room is very small with no full mirror. I wouldn’t go back or recommend the place. "
