「Staff was wonderful! Sara and Stefania from reception both helped us when our trains were canceled last minute and we had to find rides back to the hotel and to Milan. Hotel was clean and beautiful and breakfast and spa staff were also welcoming and helpful. 」

「Parfais sur toute la ligne. Toutefois, il manquerait quelques centimètres à la chambre pour ouvrir la valise et une chaise pour y poser quelques vêtements. La salle de bains est également un peu petite. L'emplacement est très bien à 2 pas du lac et du centre de lecco.」
