Nice property, which is conveniently located to multiple restaurants and amenities on Lake Como. Staff was very helpful and the room was very well appointed. However, I recommend that if you are a light sleeper, you avoid the first floor and terrace rooms. The room itself is very nice however located right next to the breakfast area and lobby, which made it quite noisy.

The room was perfect, great bathroom space. Wonderful breakfast. Lots of restaurants around to walk to. The best part however were the 2 younger staff members. They were extremely helpful, lovely and hospitable. I will definitely be returning next time to stay here again.

We stayed in the top floor room with the king bed and a sofa bed. It had a large terrace with a beautiful view of the lake. The room was perfectly quiet even when we slept in until 9:30. This is very rare to find in the city center! Two of my adult children slept in the sofa bed and said it was comfortable. The king bed was a tad bit stiff for my taste, but the pillows were soft and we all slept well. The breakfast was extensive with scrambled and hard boiled eggs, bacon, lunch meat, cheese, yogurt, pancakes, waffles, cereals, and pastries. A sweet gal hand cooked a big bowl of oatmeal for me. We didn't need lunch. The location was right by the funicular and a short walk to the Duomo. (It was also convenient to pop in for bathroom breaks!) They stored our luggage while we did a boat ride. I could not have chosen a more perfect Lake Como Hotel.

Das kleine Boutique Hotel wurde kürzlich erst eröffnet und alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage direkt am See und trotzdem in fußläufiger Nähe zum Zentrum ist perfekt. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Elisa hat sich mit großem Engagement um mein glutenfreies Frühstück gekümmert (Zöliakie) was keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist. Trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig, auch nachts.

Hotel itself was lovely: had recently opened so few teething problems but service great - shout out to Elissa especially. My main issue is lack of any response from hotels.com on why they have charged me 50% more than hotel mimesis confirmed to me!
