Liked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
I did not meet the owner. The apartment had everything one needs. But since I stayed for 3 weeks I missed a few more things to properly clean the apartment, like a vacuum and few more things. Besides loud neighbors until late in the night everything was perfect.
