「The hotel had everything you need and was recently constructed so in great shape. In all my travels around the world, I have not met a more friendly group of staff. They literally did everything to make our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here.」

「The pool was excellent. Bar & restaurant on site. Great location with parking.」

「Will never go there again!!!」

「The Best in our trip! It will exceed your expectations. 最高でした、またこの島に来たら泊まりに行きます。」

「A beautiful place nestled in the mountains, set in a charming, beautifully restored village. Its location is also ideal, roughly halfway between Elafonissi Beach and the Balos Lagoon, making it a great base for exploring both. Our room was a wonderful cottage, full of character and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The restaurant was another highlight, serving truly outstanding dishes. A wonderful experience overall.」

「We drove our car there at night, the road was wiggly & dark ( no lights other than the car lights). For us it was a little nerve racking. The view was pretty in the morning. The room looked nice and clean, but the fridge was uncleaned, Staff were nice and welcoming. In the room description it said the mattress is Tempur-pedic, but that definitely wasn’t!. In the room descriptions it said we would get a bottle of sparkling wine, but we didn’t get that either. I opened the drawers under the bed...

「So great and they jump started my rental within minutes. great location, wonderful breakfast.」

「Nice and quiet, very accommodating staff.」

「The staff was very professional and understand our needs. They assisted us in booking an early transport from the hotel to the airport. Additionally, they prepared a "to go" breakfast which was most appreciated.」

「Loved my stay here! Quiet location, perfectly situated just a few minutes walk from Chania Old Town and near a beach. The staff are lovely and very helpful, showing great Greek hospitality day or night. Their local knowledge was invaluable. The rooms are modern, kept very clean and spacious. Ours had a view of the sea and a big balcony. The bathroom had a large tub and a walk-in shower, with two sinks!」

「立地がよくサービスも良かった」

「Highly recommend staying at Alcanea. Eva, our host, was incredibly helpful and friendly. The staff/service was great. And the complimentary breakfast offered lots of local options and all were delicious. Best part of this stay was the view and location. The view of the port was awesome with the water, local bars/shops, and mountains in the distance. And there were dozens of restaurants and shops offering all we might need/want. This hotel made Chania feel like home.」
