Ruhige Hotelanlage ideal zum entspannen. Genügend freie Liegen am Pool, selbst bei ausgebuchtem Hotel, dies hängt sicher mit der großen Anzahl der privaten pools zusammen. Nettes und hilfreiches Personal. Buffet mit lokalen und internationalen Gerichten. Kurze Laufwege zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten des täglichen bedarfs und dem kleinen Hafen. Gute Anbindung mit Bus nach Charnia. Berichte über mangelnde Versorgung mit "Mineralwasser" trafen nicht zu. Mit all-inclusive Paket bekamen wir ungefragt zu jedem Essen sowie einmal täglich stilles Wasser der Marke Samaria auf das Zimmer. Weitere Getränke standen aus der all inclusive Karte zur Wahl.

I had a pleasant stay for one week and the hotel staff was always very helpful and friendly. The food was very good, varied over the week and I always found something new to enjoy. The room was clean and comfortable. The weather was quite hot around the end of July but the AC in my room help a lot :) The only thing I missed was trying out the a la card restaurant which had a few different dishes on the menu than the main restaurant, but that's for another time.

The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. However when we arrived our shower had a leak and this wasn’t fixed until the night before we checked out. So 4 nights of a dripping shower The pool was clean and the pool beds too, We had a shared pool which was nice and private. The food was so good, limited choices but even those choices - the food never tasted bad at all. However the restaurant itself was definitely not the best. The staff were a bit slow tending to tables. Service at the restaurant wasn’t as consistent. The gym had good well maintained equipment. We never got to check out the sauna or steam room properly as they had been switched off nor the indoor pool which was too cold for me ( they did warn us about the indoor pool as well ) But they looked clean and well maintained However nowhere on the hotel description is it stated you have to pay daily to use the safe or that you have to pay use those pool beds with curtains or that you have to pay for the beach beds which there’s only about 10 of them. Overall we had a good little break at the resort. It was lovely weather lovely food. Ohh and the water slides were definitely nice and it too in your face either.

Hotel tres propre, la nouriture est tres bonne et variée, le personnel est agréable et souriant, la piscine est immense, l 'espace toboggan est très bien, notre logement avec piscine etait tres propre et le nettoyage, changement de drap et de serviette est fait tous les jours. Bref nous avons passés un très bon séjour.

Les étoiles parlent d’elle même. C’est la troisième fois que nous choisissons cet hôtel en Crête et la cuisine est excellente et s’est même encore améliorée.

We were very disappointed by our experience here. Upon check-in we were told that there were two restaurants, and one of them required reservations. When we called to make a reso an hour later we were told that there weren't any available for that night. When I asked about the next night, I was informed that the restaurant is only open on Saturdays and Wednesdays, which was not communicated anywhere. We were only staying until Tuesday, so we didn't get to try the other restaurant. Maybe the food there was better, but the food at the main buffet was incredibly disappointing. There are also long periods of time throughout the day when there is no food available. They say they have a snack bar available all day but when we went around 5pm there was literally a tray of dry corn on the cobb and a single muffin. Additionally, they would leave a single bottle of water in the room each day and charged for extra. Felt like we were rationing supplies. We ended up leaving the resort for several meals, the nearby town has some great options. We were also told at check-in that we could book excursions from the front desk, but when we went back to do so, we were told to come back the next day. We came back the next day, and they told us to just book online ourselves. When we asked for recommendations of excursions to do, the person said she couldn't help us cause she "wasn't from here". The overall vibe was of a place trying to do the bare minimum to make as much money as possible.

We would gladly come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Galini Palace Hotel. The hotel was very comfortable, with a great pool and a fun water park that we really enjoyed. All of the employees were kind and welcoming, especially Mohamed, the restaurant server – his smile, excellent service, and kindness made our experience even better. The only small downside was that we expected a bit more variety of fish dishes at the buffet. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we would gladly come back!
