Also easy access to the town and other nearby beaches if one would like to go as an option. Nice restaurants on the main road followed by a local supermarket, bakeries, petrol station. "We absolutely loved our stay at Youphoria Villas in Kissamos, Crete! It lived up to and exceeded our expectations. We stayed in Harmony Villa and the view was absolutely stunning. The location and orientation on the hill felt very private. It was spotless both inside and out with well kept gorgeous gardens. The inside was beautiful and modern but warm. The outside area and infinity pool with incredible views of the water and mountain landscape was the best part. We could’ve lived outside from morning until bed to soak in the peaceful atmosphere and gorgeous view. We spent time in three different areas of Crete, but enjoyed Kissamos and Youphoria Villas most of all. It’s located in a smaller town/village that seems less commercialized and more authentic and yet there’s access to everything you need with a variety of restaurants of all ranges, supermarket, coffee/bakery all very close by. With our beautiful patio at Youphoria Villas, sometimes after a long day at the beach or exploring, it was nice to get takeout at one of the local restaurants and enjoy our meal in our quiet space with the most beautiful view at our own pace. The location is close to 3 of the best beaches in Crete and they absolutely lived up to their reputation. It’s also only a 40 minute drive to Chania for an easy day trip. Thank you Dimitris and Vassilis For your attention to detail, helpful tips and for checking in on us to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Next time we will stay longer."
