「The procedures and policies are over strict. Checkin was confusing as Concierge and security did not know procedure for 3rd party bookings. As a senior I was frequently harassed for sitting on a PWD seat. My pinoy family members were treated as visitors not staying guests. They were forced to surrendered their ID, then questioned anytime near entrance. A porter refused to assist us with our luggage. We were not made welcome and will not ever book there again.」

「Always quiet and comfortable. 2 free bottles of water served. Swimming pool on 4th floor is open everyday with safeguards on duty. Breakfast is awesome. Located right in front of Greenbelt 3 mall with lots of restaurants inside, and another few hundred meter-walk to Landmark & Glorietta malls to see even more reasonably-priced food courts and restaurants. This is why I cannot choose other hotels.」
