"This home is absolutely immaculate! Everything was so clean and welcoming! The fact there were some minor items stocked in the kitchen made you feel like you were walking into a home! The location is amazing with a perfect view of the pool! We travelled with 4 adults and 2 children and there was so much space for all of us! Amy is a great host! She ensured we had all information prior to check in and followed up with us once we had gotten settled! It’s so close to shops and dining in Waikoloa you truly couldn’t ask for a better vacation home! We will 100% be returning!"

"The place is semi-run down. The staff called us 3x day to try to get us to buy a timeshare. The older rooms were decent and clean but holiday inn caliber. Check in staff not helpful at all. I am Hilton gold and they refused all my requests. Perhaps because of the different tower. Long walks to pools - not for the disabled! Will not return"

"It’s a very nice place. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. A resort hotel should be 100% operational. The boats don’t work anymore. The tram only serves two sections of the hotel. The food options are limited and of low quality for the cost. A $50 plate of pasta should never arrive at a table cold. Lunch and dinner options are limited. Paying the price for a meal here should be remembered as amazing, not blah, blah, blah. The breakfast buffet is overpriced. The Luau was a great show, the food was pretty good. Standing in line in the heat for 45 minutes is ridiculous. Elderly people need places to sit in the line. Put some benches along the walkway. The lagoon was amazing. The prices for using water toys is ridiculous. Majority sat unused due to the high cost. Management were very attentive. Carter was especially helpful to address any concerns raised. The staff were very friendly and respectful. "

"My family loved the luau, pools, beach, and balcony off our room. The coffee shop and lanai were great for breakfast. Overall we had an excellent stay."

"Fabulous place! Very clean, beautiful views, fully stocked kitchen, bath and more. Walkable to shops, beach and easy drive to explore. Communication with the host was excellent. Would highly recommend this place and hope to return in the not too distant future! Mahalo!!"

"We had a really great stay. The property was quiet and safe. We enjoyed the privacy and the pools. It was nice to stay in a condo and have a kitchen, laundry and multiple bedrooms. We enjoyed eating on the patio. I would stay here again for sure. "
