「The location was centrally located for the Disney parks. There was a subway, Wendy’s, McDonald’s and Chik-fil-a within walking distance. The pool and hot tub were clean and warm. The drink/snack shack was a nice surprise. View from the room was awesome. Needs improvement- only 4 bath towels and 2 pool towels were provided. Our family of 4 had to buy 2 beach towels and wash towels every other day. The kitchen was sparse, no kitchen towels or even hot pads so cooking was a struggle. The place was...

「I agree with a previous review stating the condo is nicer than the building it’s in. When we first arrived and got off the elevator, there was a weird smell that made me initially concerned. The room was as shown in photos, small kitchenette with mini fridge and ceramic hot plate was functional. Cleanliness was subpar, dish rack is rusted and sponge for dishes is clearly old. There weren’t extra trash bags or paper towel so we did have to go to the market and provide our own which is fine just...

「We regularly stay at the Vista Cay Resort. The property is fantastic and you can’t beat the location. This specific condo is a great size and fit our needs. It does need some general upkeep though as the carpets are worn and stained and the en-suite bathroom toilet is physically loose. Also, the TV in the master bedroom is far too small for the size of the room.」

「This was a very nice unit. We were a family of 4 and it was more than enough room. Unit is very spacious. We visited Universal and it is about a 20-25 min drive. Nice that Publix is right down the street. Only two negative things... The hot water in the shared bathroom didn’t get hot enough, just lukewarm. Also, the tv in the front room wasn’t connected properly so we couldn’t use it. But, that was ok because we didn’t watch much tv and the tvs in all the bedrooms and living room worked fine....

「This condo is in a beautiful resort community close to everything. The condo was super clean and very spacious. There is plenty of parking and a great pool. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and check in and leaving were quick and easy. It was also very affordable and will be the first place I try to book the next time I’m in town.」
