Top-Floor Lakefront Condo · Disney Fireworks View · Balcony & Resort Pools

  • BOOK TODAY WITH ONLY 50% DOWN,
Remaining 50% BY 21 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL.

Wake up to unobstructed views of 400-acre Lake Bryan from your private top-floor balcony — then watch Disney's fireworks light up the sky at night. This bright, refreshed 1-bedroom condo at Blue Heron Beach Resort sleeps up to 6 and sits just 5 minutes from Disney and minutes from Universal, SeaWorld, and outlet shopping. Memory-foam king, 65" smart TV, full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and resort pools, tiki bar, and lakefront beach.

The View — Your Top-Floor Balcony
This is the reason to book. From your private balcony on one of the resort's highest floors, you look straight out over Lake Bryan — no parking lots, no rooftops, just water and sky. At night you can catch Disney's fireworks, and on clear days you can even spot rocket launches from Florida's East Coast. There's a hanging swing chair out here made for morning coffee and evening wind-downs.

    The Space
A comfortable, refreshed 1-bedroom retreat that sleeps up to 6 (4 adults max):

Bedroom: memory-foam king bed for a genuinely good night's sleep
Second sleeping area: bunk bed for the kids
Living room: sofa bed, plus a 65" Samsung smart TV loaded with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and more
Two full bathrooms — no morning traffic jams — including a Jacuzzi soaking tub
Full kitchen: full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and cookware
    In-unit washer and dryer

Resort Amenities (Blue Heron Beach Resort)

Two outdoor pools and a heated spa/hot tub
6,000 sq ft lakefront pool deck with a tiki bar
    Boat/water access on Lake Bryan
Fitness center, elevators, and on-site guest services
Gated, secure resort with free parking

    Location — Minutes from Everything

~5 minutes to Walt Disney World
Short drive to Universal Orlando, SeaWorld, and Discovery Cove
Near Lake Buena Vista outlets, restaurants, and grocery
Easy access to I-4 for the airport and both coasts

    Good to Know

Starter supplies provided: toilet paper, paper towels, trial-size toiletries, dish soap, and a few coffee pods. Plan to restock for longer stays.

24/7 front desk for check-in. Full arrival instructions sent before your stay.

    Why This Unit
Same lake, higher floor, better view, and two full bathrooms — for the price of a cramped hotel room with none of the space. Kitchen, laundry, and a balcony you'll actually use.

We had a wonderful stay in the unit. We were fortunate enough to be there when the Artemis II launched and watched it and also a Space X Starlink rocket launch earlier in the week from the unit’s balcony. It was awesome to see. The hosts are very responsive to questions. The unit was well stocked. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
