"It was 3:15 check in was 3. They called me but I was driving so I waited until I got to a safe place to call them back. Check in is 3pm-2am. I was literally just about a mile away and they gave away my room. No explanation just gave it away it was the handicap room. How was I getting another handicap room for a week with 15 minutes notice. Every hotel was 3x-5x the price. I’m disabled. I tried every single hotel, nothing. I drove 27 hours. ( snoozed a bit at rest stops). I was seriously stuck. Show them how disrespectful that was and don’t stay here. Maybe it’s different in India, but that’s the second time I had an issue with this hotel. "

"Wonderful will stay again! Got a great rate there’s a restaurant and bar and you get 1 free drink with your stay. I hear the fries are fantastic. View is good as well and you can get free parking or pay to be in a garage. They have a shuttle that will take you to town but I walked "

"We had a very nice stay. The place is beautiful and peaceful. Very easy drive to downtown hot springs and numerous hiking trails and national park. Hosts provided everything you need, including seasoning and coffe"

"I didn’t have a kitchen. I did have a refrigerator & microwave & coffee maker. I loved my room. & bathroom. It’s an old motel that has been perfectly updated with a beautiful tiled bathroom & lovely fixtures . Exceedingly comfortable!"

"Loved the cabin, checked all the boxes. Very clean! Loved that there was a pool table, trail and hot tub. It was the perfect cabin and would definitely go back if we are in the area again! Pros: very clean, peaceful setting, fire wood provided, not many things to do at check out and tons of clean outdoor porch seating (aka no spider webs). The cabin is awesome!Cons: Not really any but if being picky it would be the arcade game was not free so bring quarters if planning to play arcade games. Bed mattresses are very firm but actually slept pretty well on mattress considering but also brought my own pillow from home. Overall, 9 out of 10. Book this cabin, you won’t regret it! "
