We deeply enjoyed our stay at the reserve! The house is beautiful, we stayed in the legacy house, and found the breakfast (both first and second course) to be wonderful! The hosts were great, super helpful, and full of suggestions for the area around Hot Springs. If we come back, and we hope that we do, we would love to stay here again.

Staying at this bed and breakfast was an absolute delight! The home itself, dating back to the late 1800’s has been beautifully remodeled while still preserving its historic charm. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered — from the décor to the cozy touches that make you feel instantly at home. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make our stay special. Their warmth truly sets this place apart. And the food… absolutely excellent! Each meal was clearly prepared with care and attention to detail, and it showed in every bite. This was a 5-star experience all around. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, comfortable, and memorable getaway!

This is a very unique property. We have not stayed at a bed and breakfast style property before. The communication prior to our arrival was excellent. Chloe was an exceptional hostesses and the property was beautiful inside and out. The breakfast that was superb and unique. We will definitely stay at The Reserve at Hot Springs on our nest visit.

This is a beautiful, luxurious property with great amenities. The rooms are spacious, clean and beautifully decorated! I thought I had booked a room opposite the street side, but alas I did not. My only mild complaint was the observable street noise. The prosecco in the room, the butler’s pantry with numerous treats and the evening treat were truly appreciated. I really loved the opportunity to order some appetizers and not have to go out. Morning coffee delivery was a treat and breakfast was amazing! This is my second visit. I missed Mark and Rhonda, but Chloe was a joy. I’m already planning a return visit.

Hot Springs historic charm

This must be the best place to stay in Hot Springs. Impeccably restored and modernized 1890’s mansion within walking distance to the race track. Best breakfast I’ve ever had, and service to rival any resort I’ve ever visited. Absolutely amazing.

I had to travel to Hot Springs Arkansas to get my Passport and decided to stay at The Reserve, what a GREAT decision. Mark, Rhonda and everyone else were wonderful and so very helpful. The other reviews about the Breakfast were not lying, probably the best “hotel” breakfast ever!
