"Great hotel and staff ever."

"My stay at this hotel was okay. The room was very nice. Looked exactly like the photos. What brings the grade down for me is the amenities and the quality of service from the staff. The toilet in my room worked properly, however the water in the toilet would periodically begin to give off a foul unpleasant odor. When I addressed the issue with the staff, nothing was done to correct the issue. Not sure if it is related to some sort of plumbing issue, but hopefully it is corrected in the future. Additionally, several times myself and my companion attempted to order room service to our room, these items were never delivered.. Other than that the hotel is ok. Bedding was fine. Very large Television. View was beautiful. It is located in a quiet area. Typically only took ~30 Mins to get to downtown Seoul. Plenty of restaurants in the area."

"The room was very clean and pleasant with good facilities. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was full Korean so curry and rice etc, which was not to my personal liking but was very popular. "

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Seoul for 14 days. Everything was consistently clean and well-maintained, which made a big difference during a longer stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job, the room was cleaned every day, and everything always felt fresh and comfortable. The overall atmosphere was very pleasant, and I truly felt at ease throughout my time there. It’s a great place for both short and extended stays. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again."

"The Towels were not clean and 3 days before we went Gome the lights didnt worked and it was on the whole night which was difficult to sleep. But the stay and room itself was really nice and the TV is really big!! loved the stay, location was 45min away from seoul."

"I honestly have nothing bad to say about my stay at Lacozi stay. The room was super spacious, the bed very comfortable and the staff were super helpful. The location is a bit out of the way from central Seoul but it's super well connected with plenty of bus and tube options around. If you're sensitive to sound when you sleep you might find the big street underneath a little loud but nothing a normal pair of earplugs can't help with. "
