Just about 5-10 min walk to metro. Clean and laundry available on site. Safe and not noisy. Room was small but we didnt spend much time hanging in room. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The location is okay being next to subway. Even though rural area, the hotel is clean, no smell of smoking, and especially manager was super nice. We came from usa and he helped us out and all. Subway is walkable, so u can go everywhere if u know how to use subway.

Unfortunately, this hotel was way too small. We arrived one day later and were told we still had to pay that night. The rooms weee extremely small. The first room’s outlet was not in the wall. The shower was right in front of the toilet. No curtain was available. The sink leaked water and the door did not shut completely. The room was super small that it was not enough room for luggage’s for three people. The mattresses were hard and the blankets were warm but felt like plastic. They made a rustling noise like plastic bags. The next day, I asked if I would be charged for all five nights if I checked out that day. They said I would be charged for all nights at the regular rate I booked it for. I asked if a manager could consider at least charging only 50 % and the girl at the front desk kindly said they don’t do that. She was very courteous. I left that day and they charged my card the $407.11. One night was enough for me at this hotel. I checked into another hotel with way more space with well functioning sinks, a shower with a shower curtain and tub that I didn’t have to worry about the toilet paper getting wet while I showered. When my teen took a shower, the shower head would not stay in place and it ended up causing water to over flow into the bed areas. I was able to stop it with towels on the floor. I will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

다신 안가고 싶어요

건물은 좋아보입니다 키를 들고 엘베 내리는 순간 헉 어둡고 습하고 문을 열고 들어갔을때 헐 정말 침대만으로도 꽉차있어요 넘 좁고 티비에 나오는 시골 여인숙같은곳 정말 나오고 싶었어요 벽지는 때타서 더럽고 화장실 타일 사이 곰팡이윽 침대는 정말 스프링이 울퉁불퉁 올라와있어요 이것이 무슨 호텔 ㅠㅠㅠ 다시는 안가고 싶은곳입니다

하루밤 자고 씻는데 딱 적합한 곳입니다. 친구와 숙박했고 잠을 잘 공간 외에는 없습니다. 좁지만 이용하는데 문제는 없었고 적당히 깔끔하고 인근에서 숙박이 필요한 경우 재이용 의사 있습니다.

다 좋았지만 마지막날 체크아웃이 11시였는데 아홉시에 갑자기 비밀번호를 누르는 소리가 들리더니 청소하시는 분이 들어오시려고 하셔서 매우 당황스러웠습니다. 이 부분은 꼭 조심해주셔야 할 것 같습니다..

이번 숙박 망함;;;

세면대 내부가 크게 금이 가 있었고 커피포트 선도 너덜너덜 ... 다음날 첫타임에 학교 최종 면접시험 있어서 묵은곳인데 왠지 기분이 몹시 찜찜했다. 장기투숙객들로 보이는 학생들이 새벽까지 술마시고 떠들어서 새벽 3시넘어 잠들수 있었다. 이 호텔은 방음이 몹시 약하다.. 방은 따뜻하고 깨끗하다.

방은 작지만 있을건 다있음! 용실용품 드라이~ 칫솔까지 모두 준비되어 있음. 냉장고에 물2병. 방바닥이 완전 따뜻해요~ 단점은 옆방의 물소리가 너무 크게 들려서 놀람.

숙박으로만 하기에는 나쁘지 않지만 그 이상을 바라는 건 무리인 숙소인 것 같습니다. 이문동에 있는 여타 숙소들과 비슷한 수준이라고 생각하게 됩니다. 가격이 나름 괜찮다는 점 빼면 정말 좋다고 말하기는 힘듭니다.

*장점 저렴한 것 대비 깨끗하고 침구가 산뜻함. 따뜻한물 완전 잘나옴. 바닥이 따뜻함. 버스정거장과 지하철역이 가까움. 아래에 편의점 바로 있음. *아쉬운점 룸규모가 무척 작음.(트윈룸 기준) 외부 소음과 우풍이 있음. 주차공간이 협소한데 관리가 잘 안됨 *어매니티 다회용 : 샴푸/린스/바디샤워 // 실내화 // 드라이기 일회용 : 치약칫솔/비누/샤워스펀지 // 생수2병 *총평 직원분이 친절하고 방이 깨끗하고 침구에서 냄새가 나지 않고 기본적인 샤워용 어매니티까지 딱 준비되어 있어서 말그대로 가성비가 좋았습니다. 여행보다는 출장 등에서 하루정도 간략히 묵으면 부담없고 좋을 것 같아요 다만 자차를 이용했는데 주차공간이 협소해 이중주차 하였고 호텔측에서 관리해주는게 아니라 직접 관리해야해서 아침 일찍 차를 빼주어야 했던게 조금 아쉽습니다
