The design and ambiance were both modern and cozy, which made us feel comfortable right away. The location is excellent—very accessible and close to public transport, shopping areas, and many local attractions in the city. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout our entire stay. They made us feel welcome and answered all our questions with a smile. It was our first time visiting Korea, so having friendly and supportive hotel personnel really made a difference. We stayed in April and were lucky to find the hotel on sale when we booked. It turned out to be a great value for the price. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out, and we truly enjoyed our time there. "The location of the hotel is very good, right in the central of Myeongdong, makes it very convenient to place all your purchases back at the hotel and back to shopping again! It is close to the airport limousine bus pick up point, the only drawback as it doesn’t have the lobby for drivers’ pick up and drop off. You would have to walk to nearby streets for cab hailing as the cars can’t drive into hotel doorstep. In addition, love the separate shower and toilet arrangement. "
