"Upon arrival, I found the staff to be less than welcoming, which immediately set a negative tone for the visit. On the first night, I was surprised to learn that the air conditioning had been auto turned to heat fan due to the outside cold weather, which left the room so uncomfortably warm and making it difficult to relax. It feels like around 80°F in the room and had to sleep with no sheet on. On the next day, we reported back to hotel stuffs and found out they can't be manual control because it is a central air conditioning system. They came up with a solution, brought us a solid real fan in room. 😊"

Our room was just perfect for our family: clean, comfortable, and well-suited for our needs. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!"

"The breakfast is on the expensive side but overall, the hotel is a well ran and properly maintained facility. The swimming pool is amazing."
