「Wonderfull place to be at a perfect location!」

「Grei beliggenhet. Kort vei til sentrum. Mange hyggelige spisemuligheter i nærheten. Litt trafikkstøy. Negativt: som ubetjent hotell bør utgangsdøren automatisk låses (var stort sett ulåst). Terrassedør og baderomsdør ikke mulig å låse/lukke. Gulvlaminat gikk fra hverandre.」

「Posizione buona se si è al nord... Casetta vista mare che è la cosa più bella... Nelle vicinanze ci sono ristoranti bar e supermercato, in cui vengono anche le persone dei paesi vicini. La host super gentile e disponibile 👍 Pulizia nella media, qualche asciugamano in più e carta igienica in più sarebbe meglio. Peccato che non c'è un terrazzino negli appartamenti 2-3.. L'interno potrebbe essere mantenuto meglio, la tinta dai muri che si scrostava probabilmente per sale e muffa.. Preparatevi a...

「We are a self catering couple who like to cook at home, go out for good coffee and hike in nature. Fuchal gave us a great base for all of this. Lovely condo, the kitchen is functional with everything you need to cook at home, and when they renovate later this year that will be the final touch on this lovely condo.」

「Andreias apartment has very good location. We enjoyed whole three months we stayed there. Balcony was nice place to look at sea and the nice park, lot of dogs playing and running. Children playing...full of life. Easy to go anywhere, cafe, restaurants, market, levada, many buses to go to Funchal, not too long to walk there. We already miss back. Anja and Hannu from Finland」

「Comfortable, but a shortage of bed linen and then the hot water was very sporadic and just sometimes just a trickle! Also no cushions for sun beds!These things didn’t cause us too much trouble, but thought I’d better mention them Annette」

Die Anfahrt zum Haus lief problemlos, nur die letzte Straße zum Haus ist sehr steil, aber trotzdem gut machbar. Alles in allem waren es dort wirklich tolle Tage!」

「Excellent location right in the centre by the seafront . Enormous 2 bed flat , fully equipped. Staff onsight to check you in. Beds very firm good for me but not everyone s comfort. Needed more than one fan didn't ask if could have more as weather just becoming hot as left. The warning of very late night , very early morning noise , music, talking, putting away and setting out restaurants was accurate, so we expected it. 「The apartment was clean and in a very good position for getting around the island. It would have been helpful to have a few more details about the property e.g Wi-Fi code and the crockery and cutlery could have been a little more extensive . Nice undercover seating area where we were able to eat our meals and enjoy the lovely weather . The road is very steep !!」

「The accommodation itself is very modern and centrally located. It looks like in the pictures. Unfortunately, I have to criticize the communication very much. We have informed in time when we land. We have received a phone number, which we should contact as soon as we land because of the suitcases. Unfortunately, no one was available there and also was not answered to our message. 「The location is probably the only thing that is worth mentioning. The building is very old and everything is the department is poorly maintained. There a a few restaurants right underneath and you will be bathed with cooking smells pretty much 24x7 (we were on the 6th floor and can’t imaging how much worse on lower floors). Parking is ridiculous and you need a lot of help from your friends to get in and out. 」

「Hinta-laatusuhteeltaan hyvä hotelli. Siisti. Hyvä perusaamiainen, myös munanpaistaja. Lähikadun äänet saattavat herkkäunista häiritä alakerroksissa. Ei ilmastointia, vain tuuletin katossa. Hyvät yhteydet moneen suuntaan. Keskustaan pääsee ainakin kolmella paikallisbussilla. Paljon ravintoloita ympäristössä. Ilmeisesti kuitenkin monenlaisia huoneita ja huoneistoja joten pitää osata valita oikeanlainen huone. Meillä minikeittiö ja merinäköala ja isohko parveke, jossa oli katto. 」

「施設は広くて良いのですが、毎日のハウスキーピングと書いてある条件は誤りでした。私たちの滞在の際は１日おきにしかベットメーキングはありませんでした。またフロントとレストランの連携はされていなく、フロントでは朝食の事前予約は不要、レストランに行くと予約はしないと困ると言われたり、接遇に疑問が残ります。」
