"I had a great stay. The proximity to the beach is fantastic and I love that the beach is only accessible by people renting or living in the neighborhood. I was looking for a quiet getaway and I got just that. The bed was great as was the AC. Communication with owners was fantastic. I will be going back. On a personal note, the house could use some curb appeal. "

Transparently, there were some hiccups in communication between the property manager and I in the week leading up to our trip that were not clearly stated in the home's description prior to us booking our stay, however, I felt that they were able to address my concerns and came up with solutions that felt satisfactory to my group and I. The property manager was overall understanding and receptive to my feedback through our conversations. For our group of 10 who cooked for the majority of our trip, we felt that there could have been more essentials like toilet paper, cleaning supplies drinkware/silverware given our group size but if you are coming with a smaller group it should be fine. The location itself was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed the quaintness of the neighborhood for our weekend getaway. "
